Pick up & Delivery Policy

ShariNori is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.

1. DELIVERIES

ShariNori offers delivery service with catering order only. (Please use Doordash or Uber Eats for regular orders)

For security reasons, ShariNori will not accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

2. FEES
Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.

3. DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that delivery slots are limited and ordering in advance is highly encouraged. 

4. DELAYS
ShariNori is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, ShariNori is not responsible for delays related to the delivery service itself, unfortunately, we have no control over these delays.

5. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

6. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
ShariNori will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase. 

7. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
ShariNori recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. ShariNori is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses

8. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment ShariNori makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
