REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

By making a purchase through the platform you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. DELIVERY SERVICE
We make every effort to avoid any damage or defect in your products and in general any inconvenience that may arise during the delivery of your order, however, if upon receipt of the order, the products are found to be defective, damaged, incomplete or the products are wrong, please contact us through our contact information and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution, scheduling the delivery of a new order or issuing a refund including the value of the shipping. 

The request must contain the following:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.

  • Order number.

  • Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).

  • Proof of wrong product (photo or video)

In the event that the delivery of the order cannot be delivered or completed for any reason or circumstance, we will make a full refund of your money.

ShariNori reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with our refund policy.

2. STORE PICK UP
In the case of choosing the " store pick up" option, if upon receipt of the order, the products are found to be defective, damaged, incomplete or the products are wrong, the customer may request the correction of the order at the restaurant, request the products found to be incomplete or the replacement of the defective products or may request a full refund of the order.  Please contact us through our contact information and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution by scheduling the shipping of a new order or issuing a full refund.

ShariNori reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with our refund policy.

3. CANCELLATIONS
Due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order, we only issue full refunds if the customer requests a refund at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. 

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will receive a 75% refund.

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and/or no-shows will not be entitled to any refund.

Please note, if you schedule a later pick-up time, and arrive 10 minutes after our last pick-up time, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your request has been received and accepted, ShariNori may issue your refund through credits within the platform to place a new order at any time which will be reflected in the user's account or ShariNori may issue your refund through the original payment method. In the event that we issue your refund through your original payment method, the refund may have a processing time of 3 to 5 business days. If after 5 business days you do not see your refund reflected in your original payment method, please contact us through our contact information.
